Will you face criminal prosecution?

People using the mains wiring in their homes, with "power line" networking equipment, to transmit data may face criminal prosecution and fines up to £5,000 in England and Wales.

An article in The Telegraph yesterday highlights this following recent Ofcom proposals, mainly brought about as a result of  lobbying by GCHQ.
