Go to http://mail.google.com/mail/?labs=0 to temporarily disable Labs and get your account back to normal.
  • Disable Labs individually
If you'd like to help pinpoint the problem, you can disable each feature until the problem goes away.
    1. Open Gmail.
    2. Click the  gear in the top right and select Settings.
    3. Open the Labs tab.
    4. Select the Disable radio button by the features you've enabled.

Google also post updates about new Labs to the Gmail Blog if you are interested.
